2.   PUBLIC SAFETY:  Our police and fire departments must provide superior service to the public who pays the bill.  These departments protect and preserve the community assets.  Insuring the safety of new business and personal property as well as individuals is essential in attracting the growth quality we desire and need.

3.   INFRASTRUCTURE:  Our public utilities need to be well planned and financed to support our needed growth.  Attracting the funding to support an excellent transportation system is mandatory.  In place infrastructure is the honey for business and industry.

4.   VISION, GOALS AND ORGANIZATION:  Two way communications with the public and city government to insure everyone is on the same page and dedicated to success.

5.   CONSERVATIVE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:  Creative methods utilizing new techniques and tools to improve operating units must be the rule, not the exception.  We must maximize what we get for what we spend, without compromising quality.
